Please come to your appointment with a clean face and lashes. Makeup and facial products can affect the application of lashes and implantation of brow pigment.
Wash and brush your lashes daily to remove dirt and oil buildup which could break down your adhesive and cause loss.
Refrain from wearing mascara or using oil-based products on your extensions.
To preserve the health of your natural lashes, do not pull, pick or rub at lash extensions.
If you feel you need to remove the extensions, please book a removal appointment through us to prevent damage.
With proper care, lash extensions should remain full and fluffy for approximately 2-3 weeks before needing a refill.
The average person will lose approximately 4-5 lashes per eye, per day as part of the normal shedding process. Care is taken to choose lashes in the middle of their growth cycle during application in order to maximize retention. If you have sparse, weak or thinning lashes it is possible you might lose more per day per eye than average.
NO! Lash extensions should NOT damage your natural lashes.
We use the utmost care in applying extensions so they will not damage your natural lashes. We will carefully inspect the health of your natural lashes to determine if you are a good candidate for extensions. We TAKE OUR TIME to ensure your extensions are applied correctly, are the correct size & weight for your lash health, and to use an appropriate amount of adhesive to prevent damage. This is why our appointments might take longer than other salons.
If your lashes are weak or unhealthy, you may be asked to use a lash growth serum for several weeks prior to getting extensions.
Regular fill-ins are required in order to minimize stress to your natural lash.

Microshading, Ombre, Powder or Combo brows, is a technique in which an electronic tattoo pen is used to insert pigment into the top layer of the skin. The pixelated effect is created with a vibrating needle that glides on top of the skin creating an airbrush effect. This process lasts longer, and the procedure is more comfortable than microblading.
The microshading appointment takes approximately 3-4 hours. During this time, a brow shape will be mapped to your specific face shape and features, and your desired finished look. Several color swatches will also be sampled based on your skin type and tone. The actual shading process is usually completed within 90 minutes. A second appointment is required 4-6 weeks after the initial session, to perfect the shape and color after healing. The cost of this session is included in the price of the brow procedure.
The eyebrow area will be slightly red immediately after the procedure and the color will appear very dark. It may even appear darker the next day. THIS IS NORMAL for the procedure and part of the healing process. The color will fade up to 30% as your brows heal. Your skin might flake and peel slightly around 7-14 days after the procedure. During this time the color will appear as if it is gone or nearly gone. The true color will reveal itself after healing is complete, around 30-45 days after the procedure.
YES! A touch up session after 4-6 weeks is an important step to achieving the perfect brow. Certain areas of the brow may not heal as well as others, and pigment may need to be replanted. This is also a time for your artist to perfect the final shape and put finely detailed finishing touches on your brow look.
Ombre powder brows typically last from 1-3 years, but for some individuals they may last even longer. Facial products, suntanning and your normal healing process will affect the length of time your color lasts. We recommend avoiding the use of facial resurfacing ingredients around the brows. AHA and Glycolic Acid will cause the color to fade faster, as the products promote skin regeneration and cell turnover. We also recommend using a sunscreen on your brows daily and especially if you plan on spending a lengthy amount of time in the sun.
